If you are pursuing a Complying Development Certificate and have trees on your site, these will need to be considered in accordance with the requirements of the SEPP (Exempt and Complying Development) 2008. The SEPP allows removal of trees depending on the development type, tree location size and significance.
To streamline your development process and avoid conflict with neighbours, it is important to also consider potential impacts to trees on adjoining properties and Council land.
